Lounge Room & Family Room
Whichever room you decide to relax in after a day at the parks you wont fail to be impressed by the excellent top of the range furniture and entertainment available for your use.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the sumptuous atmosphere of the impressive family room. This newly re-modeled area has Two comfortable soft leather sofas. What better way to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks!! Grab a beer and maybe catch up with some TV, well if you do you will be AMAZED by our brand new SAMSUNG 40” LCD television!!

150 cable TV channels are on offer or maybe a movie from our great selection of DVD’s which you are free to use for your enjoyment. If you want to do a bit of "surfing the net" then go ahead and use our high spec laptop with free high speed wi-fi internet access. Or if you fancy some have fun, our XBOX 360 games console and selection of games will provide you and the kids with hours of enjoyment!

Whatever you choose to do, it might be listening to your favourite cd on the Hi Fi system, or relaxing with a movie, we are sure these rooms will meet your expectations throughout your stay and give you much comfort, relaxation and enjoyment.

Beds & Baths
No matter which bedroom get to sleep in at Villa Casablanca, you can be sure that only the best furnishings, linens and pillows are provided to ensure that you have a restful nights sleep and that you are ready to tackle the next days events. All 4 of our bedrooms are uniquely decorated and furnished tastefully.


The Master Bedroom (with en suite bathroom) is elegantly furnished and the huge American king size bed with it's rich coloured bedding and complimenting window dressings presents a warm welcome. It also has matching night stands, walk in closet, dressing table, cable TV, DVD player, radio alarm clock and electronic safety deposit box.



Master Bathroom. Adjoining the Master Bedroom, this large en suite bathroom is a something really special with walk in shower, luxuriously deep bath tub, twin wash basins with vanity over, plenty of storage below, towels and two hair dryers.

Bedroom # 2. This room features a superb American queen size bed, remote controlled cable TV, DVD player, music system, radio alarm clock, large closet, full length mirror, tall chest of drawers and a stylish bedside table and lamp.





Bedroom # 3. This beautiful room features an American full size bed (UK double) remote controlled cable TV, DVD Player, music system, radio alarm clock, large closet, full length mirror, tall chest of drawers and a tasteful bedside table and lamp.







Bedroom # 4. A great hit with the kids!, This twin bedded room, featuring two full size single beds with Disney themed bedding. The room also has remote controlled cable TV, a radio alarm clock, large closet, tall chest of drawers and a tasteful bedside table and lamp.



Family Bathroom / Bathroom # 2. Ideally located next to the Family Room, this lovely bathroom also gives direct access to the magnificent pool area outside via a fully alarmed exterior door, and consists of a sink, w.c. and full size bath with shower over.


Kitchen & Dining Options
Needless to say, in keeping with the rest of the house, the large kitchen is tastefully decorated and equipped for anything you may decide to cook. There is all the utensils, a coffee machine, fridge freezer with ice maker, large american oven,microwave, liquidiser, toaster, waste disposal system and the list goes on.....there is also a Breakfast Nook with small dining table.......




...... but should you wish to have something a little more formal what can be better than the elegant dining area next to the kitchen which will comfortably seat 6 people. You may wish to use the Breakfast Bar for a snack or how about "al fresco" on pool deck soaking up the warm, balmy Florida evening.

Utility Room
It goes without saying that nobody likes to do the washing and drying when you are on vacation, but with the excellent facilities at Villa Casablanca, it is so easy to keep on top of it and not take home suitcases full of dirty laundry!.

Pool, Deck & Spa
As you can see the magnificent pool area is undoubtedly a major wow factor at Villa Casablanca. With it's large sun drenched pool and deck it is such a welcoming sight. The cool, clear water beckons both young and old. The Spa is ideal to relax in and soak away those aching muscles. The kids will love to play in this pool in the mornings before you leave and at night when you return. All doors leading to the pool are fitted with an alarm..

A major plus with Villa Casablanca is that the pool is south facing, which means that all that glorious Florida sunshine covers the deck area from sun up to sun down. If it gets a little too much for you, our spacious lanai area will offer some cooling shade, where you can relax on our luxury deep padded Palm Casual chairs and loungers..



The complete pool deck area is fully screened to provide protection from unwanted insects and bugs, and the pool itself can be heated upon request for a small additional fee (normally recommended October to April).

For those wishing to enjoy a little al fresco dining, our sturdy weatherproof table and chairs will ensure that you are comfortably seated throughout your meal, and with safety at the forefront of our minds, we are delighted to advise that in accordance with Florida State Law, all doors leading to the pool area from the house are protected with child alert pool alarms.

 

Games Room
Our newly completed Games Room will keep both young and old entertained and amused for hours. Featuring a fabulous green baize pool table, magnetic safety darts and a full size table tennis table, it’s a great place for the kids to hone their skills and let off a little steam well away from the parents.

Of course there is no upper age limit to playing in and enjoying the Games Room, but in our experience, the kids always seem to win!
